In Miami-Dade and Broward County real estate transactions, the buyer usually chooses the title company and pays for the title insurance. Still, as the seller, the quality of the title company will have a great impact on how smooth the closing goes or sometimes whether it happens at all.

As the seller, you will still need to have someone prepare your documents for you. At the closing, you will need to sign a warranty deed, which is the document that conveys your property to the buyer, and any other documents you might need that only a lawyer-owned title company can provide.

As the seller, you also have the right to have your own company prepare your seller’s documents. If the buyer selects a title company other than Clear Title Group, you can still have us prepare your seller’s documents.

Finally, if something unexpected should arise, rest assured that our legal professionals will be on top of it. At Clear Title Group, we have more 50 years of combined experience in dealing with real estate title and closing issues.
